National Weather Service description (English): Large hail of golf ball size and larger fell in a swath from the Calhoun community southeast across parts of Laurel, Glade, and Tuckers Crossing. Several car rear windows were busted out at a gas station on the southwest side of Laurel. The largest hailstone reported was from Tuckers Crossing, where the hailstone was placed next to a McDonald's dipping sauce packet and thus determined to have a diameter of near 2.5 inches.
