National Weather Service description (English): A second severe thunderstorm traveled down the extreme west and southwest border of Troup county along the Alabama-Georgia border. The public reported golf ball-sized hail along the Troup-Harris county line in the West Point area. The large hail was observed on both sides of the county line.
