National Weather Service description (English): The Johnson County Emergency Management Director relayed that numerous reports of quarter-sized hail were received from the south part of the county from north of Scott to Meeks and Kite, including the Moore's Chapel area. Golf ball-sized hail was observed near Meeks and also on Georgia Highway 15 south of Wrightsville toward Meeks.
