National Weather Service description (English): A slow moving supercell moved southeast through St. Francois County dumping very large hail along its path. The largest hail stones were 3 inches in diameter. Numerous cars sustained damage including broken windshields. Also, there was a lot of roof and siding damage to homes in the path of this storm in Bonne Terre, Desloge, Park Hills, Leadington, and Farmington.
