In addition, trees were also reported down due to strong thunderstorm winds.||The hail stripped the leaves off many trees in Hyde Park, with the greatest concentration of hail occurring between State Route 9, East Market Street, State Route 9G, and South Cross Street.||The large hail damaged tree fruits, berries and vegetables near Hyde Park, and across several other areas within Dutchess County.
