The largest stones were 2 to 2.5 inches and fell in Peerless Park, Crestwood, and Webster Groves. There were reports of wind driven hail causing damage to the siding of homes.

The largest stones were reported in Chesterfield and later in Ferguson. Severe hail was also reported in Wildwood, Maryland Heights, Woodson Terrace, Bridgeton, Hazelwood, Florissant, Dellwood, and Jennings. Extensive, widespread damage to cars was reported with this event.
